Hello everyone, and welcome the Greater Kansas City Association of School Nurses. I wanted to take a moment and thank each and every one of you for visiting our newly developed page and please feel free to share with us any feedback you might have so that we may best benefit you, our members.
We here at GKCASN would also like to encourage anyone who is interested and passionate about their career in school health and would like to be more involved to please reach out to us on our contact page. We are always on the lookout for those who wish to become more involved and who want to foster professional development in our practices. This becomes ever more important as we approach our time for the GKCASN hosted MASN Conference that will be held in the greater Kansas City area in 2021!
Another way to stay in the loop to what’s new or up and coming is to visit our Facebook page, which can be found by searching GKCASN on Facebook. There, you will find updates and messages from the board and fellow members and we encourage you to join us and share your thoughts, ideas and opinions throughout the year.
I hope you all are having a wonderful year and I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet with each on every one of you. If you are not currently a GKCASN member, I hope you consider joining us as together we can foster our practices and increase our regional collaboration opportunities. If you are a current member, thank you very much for your loyalty as we go through this time of transition and growth.
